Physical Therapist DPT or PT

We are currently looking to add another Physical Therapist to our growing Physical Therapy Practice, between 3 Dearborn locations. We are seeking a dedicated professional with experience working with a diverse range of patient injuries and age groups, who is also enthusiastic about learning new techniques to enhance patient care.

This position does require travel between all 3 Dearborn locations.

As a member of our team, the selected Physical Therapist will play a crucial role in partnering with both new and ongoing patients to develop personalized Plans of Treatment aimed at promoting effective and safe recovery. Responsibilities will include collaborating with healthcare professionals, coordinating with support staff, and inspiring patients towards greater independence and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist position include:
- Performing physical therapy evaluations following APTA and state standards
- Developing and implementing individualized Plans of Treatment
- Documenting patient progress accurately and regularly
- Collaborating with various stakeholders involved in patient care
- Maintaining professional knowledge through ongoing education

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- Proven experience in creating and implementing effective treatment plans
- Proficiency in a wide range of physical therapy techniques
- Ability to motivate and encourage patients responsibly
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Physical Therapy license for the state of Michigan
