🏡 Your Responsibilities

As a Caregiver / Home Care Aide, you’ll play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Duties include:

Providing personal care and daily living assistance.

Offering companionship and emotional support.

Assisting with light housekeeping, errands, and meal preparation.

Following a personalized Plan of Care for each client.

We make communication simple through the Healthy At Home Caregivers App. You’ll use your smartphone or tablet to:

Clock in and out of shifts.

View your schedule, paystubs, and company updates.

Communicate directly with our office team.

Access client information and care instructions.

✅ Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.

Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) — we’ll help you apply and cover registration costs (some exclusions apply).

Ability to read, write, and follow care plans accurately.

Dependable, compassionate, and able to communicate clearly with clients and staff.
