K-Pop Dance Instructor
Digital Dreamers STEAM Academy is seeking a K-Pop Dance Instructor to lead a fun, upbeat after-school dance class for elementary students in Napa, CA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids, loves music and movement, and wants to help students build confidence, coordination, and creativity through K-pop–inspired choreography.
You don’t need to be a professional K-pop dancer, just someone who can create simple, age-appropriate routines and bring positive energy to every class.
Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly K-pop–inspired dance classes for elementary students.
- Teach beginner-friendly choreography and basic movement techniques.
- Introduce rhythm, musicality, and simple performance concepts in a fun, accessible way.
- Create a supportive environment where all students feel encouraged to participate.
- Adapt routines for different ages and skill levels.
- Communicate with site staff and program coordinators to ensure smooth class operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching or leading dance or movement activities for children (elementary age preferred).
- Ability to create simple, age-appropriate dance routines.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Reliable and flexible availability on Wednesdays during after-school hours.
- Reliable transportation to the program site in Napa.
- Must pass a background check and complete required onboarding.
Program Details:
- Location: Napa, CA
- Grade Levels: Elementary (TK–5th grade)
- Start Date: 1st week of January
- Schedule: Every Wednesday, after-school hours
- Hours: 1–2 hours per week
