Behavior Technician
Overview:
We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician to join our team. You’ll work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, using ABA strategies to support daily living and behavior goals.
Location: New Brunswick
Hours: Monday-Friday: 3:30-7:00/8 Saturday: 9:00-12:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow behavior plans developed by the BCBA
- Record data on client progress
- Assist with daily living skills and behavior management
- Support clients using ABA techniques
- Communicate changes or concerns to the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in psych or related field preferred)
- Experience with developmental disabilities and ABA (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Patient, dependable, and compassionate
