Amada Senior Care is seeking a Care Coordinator & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This unique position combines caregiver support, onboarding, client communication, recruiting assistance, and marketing responsibilities.

Amada Senior Care provides non-medical in-home care, senior housing advising, long-term care insurance claim assistance, and dementia support services throughout Eastern Iowa. We are passionate about helping seniors age with dignity while supporting families through every stage of the aging journey.
Position Summary
The Care Coordinator & Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting our caregivers, clients, and office team. This position helps ensure smooth daily operations while assisting with caregiver onboarding, communication, community outreach, and social media initiatives.
The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and excited to learn multiple aspects of a growing business.
Primary Responsibilities
Caregiver Support & Coordination
- Answer incoming calls from caregivers, clients, and families
- Assist with caregiver communication and support
- Help address call-offs, scheduling concerns, and shift-related issues
- Conduct caregiver orientations and onboarding sessions
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork and training requirements
- Follow up with new caregivers during their first weeks of employment
- Assist with caregiver engagement and retention initiatives
- Support client and family communication as needed
Recruiting & Onboarding Support
- Schedule caregiver interviews
- Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate background checks and onboarding requirements
- Assist with maintaining recruiting pipelines
- Help create a positive onboarding experience for new hires
Marketing & Community Outreach
- Create and schedule social media content
- Design flyers, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva
- Assist with community events and educational programs
- Help gather client and caregiver testimonials
- Support review generation and online reputation management
- Assist with email marketing and newsletters
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with special projects and growth initiatives
- Support agency leadership with day-to-day office operations
- Help improve systems and processes as the company grows

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

- Experience with Canva and social media platforms preferred
- Customer service, healthcare, caregiving, or recruiting experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- $22–24 per hour based on experience
- Additional on-call stipend for assigned after-hours phone coverage
