Healthcare Account Executive

Job description

Title: Healthcare Account Executive Location: NYC (in-office)

Compensation: 120k-180k OTE with 80k-90k base - Uncapped Commission

Assists is a senior living marketplace dedicated to helping seniors find senior living options across the United States. We also offer dozens of other services to seniors, including companionship Medicare Advantage, maximizing their Medicaid benefits, biography writing, and more. We are the one-stop shop for senior citizens.

Your job is to create partnerships with hospitals and rehabs to help them by using our service to find the seniors being discharged senior living options. We receive a large referral fee (1-months rent, We usually make $5,000-$10,000) per placement. You should be comfortable being on the field and taking in person meetings on a daily basis. You will have the ability to manage your own team within 3-9 months and receive $10k/year per person under you.

Responsibilities:
 

●  Take in person meetings with rehabs and hospitals to help them improve their workflow

●  Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:
 

●  Ideally 1-3 years of Sales experience

●  Passion for sales and results

●  Strong in person presence and communication skills

●  Highly ambitious with a collaborative mindset

●  Extreme ownership of your quota
