$65–$90/hour (based on experience, setting experience, and clinical background)

(Home, Community, School, and occasional Center-Based Support)

The Behavior Corner is a growing ABA and social coaching company focused on supporting the whole child and strengthening the whole family through compassionate, individualized, and collaborative care. We are currently seeking a passionate and hands-on BCBA to join our clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly supervision for assigned cases
  • Conduct in-person parent training sessions with the client present (minimum 2x monthly)
  • Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Support and mentor behavior technicians in home and community settings
  • Complete clinical documentation and supervision notes in a timely manner
  • Participate in treatment planning and coordination of care

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • CPR certification required
  • Experience working within educational/school settings preferred
  • Experience conducting parent training required
  • Prior experience working as a Behavior Technician/RBT in a home and/or center-based setting before becoming a BCBA strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and staff
  • Reliable transportation required
