📍 Location: Holliston, MA → In-Person
⏳ Duration: Summer 2026 (Full-Time, 9 AM - 5 PM)
💰 Compensation: Summer Stipend ($2-4k based on time and performance)

About the Role:

NeuroSync is seeking a Web Developer Intern to support our growth initiatives.  In this role you will design, build, and maintain high-quality websites and web applications that serve our customers and internal stakeholders. You'll collaborate closely with Web Designers and fellow Programmers to translate visual concepts into accessible usable sites and work cross-functionally with business colleagues to ensure every product decision is grounded in real requirements. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining websites across multiple platforms. You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams, take pride in your craft, and can balance speed with quality in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication skills are as important as strong code.

This internship offers valuable experience in website development, business development, and provider outreach in a fast-growing med-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build clean, efficient code that follows established software development best practices and standards. 
  • Build and maintain websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Create and Maintain clear technical documentationfor all software and system ms developed.
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to align web strategies with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
✅ Strong research and analytical skills to assess new market opportunities.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for provider outreach.
✅ Ability to manage and analyze CRM data (Salesforce experience is a plus).
✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting sales operations.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Suite.
✅ Prior experience or coursework in computer science, business development, or healthcare is a plus.
