We are expanding our nationwide financial services team and are seeking motivated, coachable individuals interested in developing professional skills while helping individuals and families better understand their financial options.

This is a flexible, remote independent contractor opportunity designed for those seeking part-time or full-time income. No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and support are provided throughout the onboarding process.

What You'll Do

• Participate in virtual training and professional development sessions
• Learn financial services concepts, industry guidelines, and compliance standards
• Assist with scheduling appointments and supporting client education activities
• Build communication, leadership, and business development skills
• Work alongside experienced mentors while developing your business

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Willing to complete applicable state licensing requirements

Onboarding Requirements

As part of the onboarding process:

• Standard background check required
• $49 background check fee (reimbursed upon successful completion of licensing)
• $25 monthly technology fee for access to training platforms, business tools, and client management systems

Compensation

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity.

Compensation is performance-based and may include commissions and bonuses. Earnings are based on individual effort, licensing (where applicable), and business results. This position is not hourly or salaried.
