What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Science, or a related field.
- Philosophy: Dedication to science teaching best practices that build foundational skills, curiosity, and confidence—empowering students to excel in whichever top high schools and colleges they choose.
- Skills: Comfort with modern classroom technology (Google Classroom), strong presentational skills, and a commitment to culturally responsive teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities (In Brief)
- Design and lead creative, inquiry-based science lessons tailored to diverse learning styles for students in 5th - 8th grade.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction and build thoughtful, clear home-school partnerships.
- Engage fully in community life by supporting student clubs, community activities, campus events, and outdoor exploration.
