Gender Coordinator (Donetsk), OSCE SMM in Ukraine

PAE-REACT is seeking US citizen candidates for nomination to the following seconded position at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine. The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) is seeking a Gender Coordinator in Donetsk (VNSMUS01180), a Senior Professional with degree in gender studies, social sciences, public policy or human rights-related field or a graduate from Police or Military academy with 6+ years of experience including on gender equality and/or the women, peace and security agenda and well-developed communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills. Post requires ability to plan, co-ordinate and implement multi-disciplined activities; to analyze, draft and edit reports with presentation skills; to establish priorities, plan, organize, co-ordinate and monitor the work of gender focal points and advise on the integration of a gender perspective; and ability to work in multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with diverse team. Desirable: working knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian language(s). The OSCE is committed to diversity and inclusion.
