Finance - Customer Service Representative - Summer Intern - Unpaid

The intern will assist with all aspects of the UTB division, focusing on Customer Service and office assistance.

Essential job functions:
  • Work with mentor to select major project of interest
  • Answering phones to help Citizens with questions and/or concerns
  • Making copies and filing
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge, skills, abilities and personal characteristics: 
  • Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office 2010 and Internet
Learning Goals:
  • Learn the varied duties and job functions of the Utility Billing Division and how each duty and function assist with City goals. 
  • Develop a working knowledge of managing a variety of Utility Functions and situations simultaneously
  • Improve administrative skills and utilize such skills in the UTB office environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current college student or recent graduate
  •  Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership or related
