Duties

  • Serve as an Enterprise IT System/ Application administrator for SAP suit applications and ancillary components.
  • Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining SAP applications and associated components.
  • Perform regular checks and tests/verifies software to evaluate system performance and identify preventative measures and problem areas.
  • Troubleshoot/resolve technical SAP application issues and recommends improvements and changes to enhance SAP applications and associated components.
  • Coordinate with various teams to support environment refreshes, urgent fixes such as “hot packages” and security patches that simultaneously affect the operating system, database, and applications
