Shift: M-F, 8 AM-5 PM

Summary:

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to serve as the key liaison between the US Commercial Organization and the MSCO Medical Education Team. This role is critical in driving alignment and engagement on Medical Education programming for the US market. The individual will ensure seamless communication of upcoming events to the US Field Organization, track engagement metrics and timelines, and monitor emerging needs within the organization related to Medical Education.

The position requires adherence to the Global Quality Framework, Corporate Quality Management System (QMS), and compliance with OEC and Legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including Marketing, US Sales Team, MSCO, OEC, Legal, and Regulatory teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Develop and deliver high-quality materials using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
• Adapt to dynamic workflows and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Support writing, editing, and proofreading needs for Medical Education materials.
• Ensure all activities are compliant with established business policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the medical device, laboratory, or medical field is advantageous.
• Proven ability to work in a regulated industry, preferably within medical or diagnostics.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a related function.
