What to Expect
You will be a key member of the Industrial Product Management team focusing on our B2B
energy solutions: Powerpack & Megapack. As the first "unicorn" data wizard within a team of
product managers, the Product Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role in leveraging data-
driven insights to optimize our product offerings, drive growth strategies, and enhance customer
experiences. You will be a key member of a cross-functional team that informs the ideation and
decision making around the launch of hardware, software, and service offerings across global
markets.
As a member of the Product Management team, you will be required to wear many hats and
adapt to a fast-paced work environment. This is a multi-faceted role where strong knowledge of
energy storage technologies is a must, and working experience in the energy industry is highly
desired. Besides a rock-solid work ethic and a strong team-oriented personality, members of our

What You’ll Do
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers,
and business development professionals, to identify key performance metrics and
objectives.
• Develop robust analytical frameworks and models to evaluate product performance,
customer behavior, and market trends.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract
actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of product usage data, customer feedback, and market
dynamics to identify opportunities for product optimization and expansion.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and
recommendations to senior management, executives, and key stakeholders.
• Drive A/B testing and cojoint analysis initiatives and experiments to validate hypotheses
and optimize product features and functionalities.
• Have fun being both a data and battery nerd.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field;
advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a data analytics role, preferably within the technology or
renewable energy sector.• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and dashboarding
techniques.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R,
SQL, and/or MATLAB.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts
into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and design
thinking processes are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high
degree of autonomy and initiative.
