Lead Advisor I CFP
Job Summary
The Lead Advisor serves as the primary relationship manager for a segment of our clients; crafting and managing financial plans while supporting business development. This role involves functioning as a team member, collaborating with internal departments, and ensuring exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, conducting regular reviews and delivering tailored financial plans.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor other advisors and associates, review their work, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new ideal clients through networking, referrals, and firm initiatives. Maintain a pipeline of prospects to contribute to firm growth. This is primarily a planning role. There is an expectation to recognize the needs of the business to grow, but the role is not a sales role.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and track key performance metrics, including revenue goals and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in a client-facing financial advisory role with a track record of success.
- Certifications: CFP® designation required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, business development expertise, and leadership abilities.
