Senior Coupa Techno Functional Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Coupa Techno-Functional Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in the software development life cycle of financial applications, procurement, workflow, and other financial products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, implementation, user training, and process reengineering while ensuring data integrity and system controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the software development life cycle for financial applications, procurement, workflow, and self-service applications.
  • Provide responsive support to production issues and implement efficient solutions to meet business needs.
  • Assist in project management or implementation of new software products.
  • Gather customer requirements, perform application setups, assist with technical development, conduct unit testing, and implement production setups.
  • Prepare documentation and maintain system validity and data integrity.
  • Provide guidance for process reengineering, workflow setup/customization, and self-service module configurations.
  • Work collaboratively as a team member to support client users effectively.
  • Participate in the software development life cycle for HCM and CRM applications and portals.
  • Work with delivered HCM/CRM functional modules and provide support for production issues.
  • Utilize XML/BI Publisher for human capital management reports.
  • Administer HCM/CRM application security and analyze user needs for functional and cross-functional requirements.
  • Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks, interdependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in configuring, implementing, testing, and documenting solutions in Coupa.
  • Strong understanding of Coupa Analytics, including regression testing of the application and integrations for upcoming Coupa releases.
  • Research and develop solutions for data integration between Coupa and financial systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues in production while working with business users and scrum teams for resolution.
  • Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design, and test results.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a techno-functional role with Coupa and financial applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Workflows, Self-Service modules, BI/XML Publisher, and security administration.
  • Experience in HCM and CRM applications is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
