Customer Service Coordinator

Job description

Responsibilities:

· Answering a large volume of incoming calls from customers and clients, providing information on services.

. Working in a fast paced, busy office environment.

· Communicate with customers to provide a tailored and supportive service, answering any questions and addressing any concerns.

· Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met.

Requirements:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to be empathetic and patient.

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

. Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business. 

Wage:

The starting wage is £22,550 annually.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Weekends

Pay: From £22,550.00 per year
